Pretty, Red-Head Pepper goes to answer a knock on the door, and is not surprised to see it is a police officer. She has made some poor life choices and now they are coming back to haunt her. She has made peace with that part of herself, however, and invites the officer inside. He serves her a warrant for her arrest and tells her to get her shoes on, because he is taking her down to the police station. She happily complies. Quite frankly, the idea turns her on. Gasping as her lung fills with blood, her eyes go wide and limbs, though still chained, thrash about. The man watches for a brief while and then fires twice more, one to the belly and another in her other boob, killing her. He walks away, leaving poor Pepper dead, in chains and lying gracelessly on the cold floor.
